Drakenstein Municipality remains committed to the rendering of quality services to all its residents and strives to continuously improve. In order to assess the current levels of service delivery, Drakenstein Municipality undertakes an annual customer satisfaction survey in order to determine which services are being performed at satisfactory levels and also those where we are under performing. The results of the survey greatly depends on broad and representative participation, hence residents are requested to partake in the survey.
Drakenstein Municipality once again seeks the views of residents and businesses regarding its performance in service delivery.
This year’s survey is now ready and residents are once again called upon to complete the survey. It should not take longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Hard copies of the survey can also be found at Thusong centres, libraries, and municipal helpdesks.Completed surveys must be returned to the municipal helpdesks or security desk at municipal buildings.
