Current staff compliment: 1 x leading hand and 1 general worker, 1 x EPWP	Gouda facility was constructed in 1993 by the then Worcester Divisional Council. Drakenstein Municipality took over the management of the facility in the year 2000. Current staff compliment: 1 x Leading Hand and 2 x general workers, EPWP
