Drakenstein Municipality is proud to announce that its AARTO Service Outlet, based at the Traffic Department on Berg River Boulevard in Paarl, has been recognised by the Road Traffic Infringement Agency as the top-performing AARTO Service Outlet in South Africa.
This achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism and commitment to service excellence demonstrated by Chief Japie Cornelissen, Manager: Traffic Services, and the Municipality's AARTO Outlet Operators, who assist road users with AARTO-related enquiries and administrative processes.
The recognition was conveyed by Nkosana Matiso, Western Cape AARTO Coordinator and Chairperson of the Western Cape AARTO Coordinating Committee, who commended the team's exceptional work and contribution to the success of AARTO operations in both the province and the country.
“Your leadership and your team's commitment to effective, courteous and efficient service are making a real difference in promoting public understanding of, and compliance with, AARTO processes."
The Service Outlet helps motorists and members of the public with AARTO-related enquiries, including traffic infringement notices, enforcement orders and information on available options for resolving infringements. The outlet forms part of a national network of service centres aimed at making AARTO services more accessible to road users.
