18 July 2024Representatives from Drakenstein Municipality's Social Development section recently visited the Andrew Murray Children's Home in Wellington, where they spent meaningful time with the Home's Child and Youth Care Workers.
In honour of Mandala Day and #67minutes of service, our team “walked in the shoes" of the devoted Child and Youth Care Workers, gaining insight into their daily responsibilities and challenges.
As a gesture of gratitude, we presented the Home's unsung heroes with gifts and thanked them for the way in which they support the most vulnerable children in our communities so selflessly.
