Today, we honour the extraordinary women in our lives who have been giving much of themselves to take care of us. I would like to pay tribute to all our mothers, as well as those women who have fulfilled that role in any capacity.
To our mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, mothers-in-law, and all mother figures - we admire your commitment and the patience you show us every single day.
I wish to thank all the mothers of Drakenstein for everything that you do and have done, and for the love you resonate across generations. May this day be a reminder of how much we value and appreciate you.
