Drakenstein Municipality has been made aware that some residents are experiencing difficulties with purchasing prepaid electricity on certain online platforms and outlets, including the Absa and First National Bank (FNB) banking channels.
Our service provider is attending to the matter as a priority to restore normal vending functionality and ensure continued access to prepaid electricity tokens for residents.
To assist residents, we have made available a list of alternative outlets where prepaid units can be purchased until the issue is resolved.
