This morning, Drakenstein Municipality’s Executive Mayor, Alderman Conrad Poole, and several members of the Mayoral Committee wrapped two trees outside the Paarl Civic Centre in green.
The occasion? Today is World Environment Day, and this year’s theme is #BeatPlasticPollution – our collective reminder that people's actions on plastic pollution matters.
Let’s all take action to protect and preserve the environment today, for a healthier planet tomorrow!
