The Official Opening of the sixth session of the Sixth Parliament of the Western Cape, and the Premier’s State of the Province Address (SOPA), will take place at 18:00 on Monday, 19 February 2024, at the Huguenot Community Hall, Paarl-East.
The debate on SOPA will take place in the same venue at 09:30 on the morning of Tuesday, 20 February, followed by the Premier’s reply to the debate at 14:00.
