16 June 2024Drakenstein Municipality's Social Development section, in collaboration with Ward 29, held a fantastic Youth Day event in Wellington, emphasising the theme “Youth in Sport is Youth Out of Court”.
The Municipality’s Executive Mayor, Councillor Stephen Korabie spoke passionately about the importance of education and urged our youth to stay focused and avoid the pitfalls of gangsterism and substance abuse. He reminded us that the future of Drakenstein is in the hands of our young people.
