In terms of paragraph 14 (1) (a) of Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy, the municipality must keep a list of accredited prospective providers of goods and services that must be used for its procurement requirements. Local enterprises within the Drakenstein municipal area are encouraged to register.

Please note that Drakenstein Municipality does not utilise the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD). Prospective suppliers are therefore required to register on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database.

Please note that it remains the responsibility of suppliers to notify the municipality of any changes to information submitted previously. No supplier registration forms from persons in the service of the state will be accepted.
